My name is Tolulope Okiemute, and I am thrilled to have you here.
I am a professional writer with over three years of experience in the industry. However, my journey as a writer started after I worked as a librarian, a secretary, and a school teacher for seven years. I decided to pursue my passion for writing, so I resigned and I have never looked back since then.
As an author, I have written eight books and founded ‘The Priceless Journal,’ a platform for book publishing and mentoring of authors. I have trained hundreds of writers, some of which have gone on to publish their books.
I am also the founder of ‘Write & Lead,’ a community of writers and leaders across 15 countries. You are welcome to join us as we grow and learn together.
I help aspiring writers create engaging content, write appealing stories, and monetize their writing skills. So, if you are looking to embark on a writing journey, I am the right person to guide you.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and am trained and certified in Digital Marketing and TEDx talks. I am currently the Vice-President of my university’s alumni association, OUIAA, where I use my skills to give back to my alma mater.
My passion for writing has also led me to write several Christian articles and published books, including ‘Common Sense for Single Ladies‘ and ‘Journey to freedom.’ I am driven by a desire to serve God and humanity by inspiring others to find their voice and live their best lives.
My best-selling book, “Common Sense for Single Ladies,” was featured in a local newspaper, and I was interviewed about it on national television.
Besides writing, I enjoy speaking and singing. I have spoken at physical and virtual events. Before relocating to Lagos state-Nigeria with my husband, I served as an assistant church secretary, women’s leader, and children’s class coordinator. Yes, I am happily married and my husband has relentlessly been supportive of my vision.
